1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Garden Inn diBagha website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. Garden Inn diBagha reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit as required.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Late cancellations may be subject to charges. Please contact us directly for specific cancellation inquiries.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is from 12:00 PM and check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Guests must comply with all hotel policies and regulations during their stay.

6. Limitation of Liability

Garden Inn diBagha shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.
